Joshua Jacobs
President and C.E.O.

Joshua Graduated from Emory University with a degree in Economics and Business and a minor in History. In the Fall of 2003, he started Total Golf Adventures as an overnight golf camp which then morphed into the idea to introduce children of all backgrounds into the game through schools. TGA is now the Premier Junior Golf program in the United States and the only national at-school, after school, golf enrichment program in the country. As a leading initiative to grow junior golf in the U.S., to date, more than 65,000 children have been introduced to the game through in school and after school programs as well as TGA camps, clinics and tournaments at golf courses.

Joshua has been serving his community since high school, coaching youth basketball in Los Angeles. He continued his community service in Atlanta while attending Emory in Atlanta by teaching youth sports after school at YMCA's in Dekalb County. He currently serves on the TGA Golf Foundation Board of Directors, the Southern California PGA’s Foundation Advisory Committee, the Veteran’s Administration’s Junior Springboard of Directors as well as on VA New Directions Development Committee.

Joshua Jacobs’ passion for golf began at three years old when he picked up his first golf club. From those early years, Joshua’s love and respect for the game helped propel him to play competitively in high-school and college. He competed in Southern California Junior Tournaments as well as national tournaments on the AJGA Tour. He was named to the All Los Angeles City and All 5A League Team three years in a row including winning a league title his Sophomore Year. He was on the varsity golf team at Emory University where he helped the team secure two, top-15 finishes in the Division III NCAA Championships.
